Solecta's electrophoresis products primarily consist of electrophoretic ultrafiltration (UF) units. These UF products include both standard packed-bed membranes and replaceable membranes. Standard products have a molecular weight cutoff of 100kD, making them compatible with most brands of UF membranes on the market. In addition, we offer unique nanofiltration (NF) membranes, which can be used for post-ultrafiltration washing, reducing pure water consumption.

Through multiple comparisons, we have concluded that, under the same electrophoretic coating parameters, the new product offers superior transmittance compared to Solecta products. Under normal operating and maintenance conditions, this product's membrane elements can remain stable and durable, with a service life that meets industry-standard high-quality standards.

Our electrophoretic ultrafiltration products have been widely used in the United States and Europe. Many BMW painting workshops in Europe have chosen Solecta brand electrophoretic ultrafiltration products. In China, we are gradually promoting the Solecta brand, while also strengthening its technical capabilities and after-sales service capabilities.

Analysis and optimization of electrophoretic ultrafiltration systems: The effectiveness of electrophoretic ultrafiltration is one of the key factors affecting the quality of electrophoretic processes. Mismatches in pressure differences and flow rates can significantly reduce the production capacity and lifespan of electrophoretic ultrafiltration systems. This is especially true for those old systems that have undergone numerous modifications. It is therefore necessary to analyze and optimize the parameters of the existing operating conditions.
