Later, I learned that their high-quality high-pressure cleaning equipment is not only used in the automotive painting industry, but also in many other industries. They have excellent products for various applications, such as concrete removal, ship paint and rust removal, as well as cleaning of heat exchangers, containers, and pipelines.
In October 2023, in order to gain a foothold in the highly competitive high-pressure cleaning market within the automotive industry, we have decided to collaborate with Hammelmann. By strengthening our competitiveness in the field of high-pressure automatic cleaning, we aim to open up endless possibilities for future growth in the automotive industry.
The main application in the automotive industry is high-pressure cleaning of skids and grilles. By applying high-pressure water jets of 1500 bar to 2100 bar onto the skids or grilles, it is possible to effectively remove the paint that has accumulated on them.
According to different production capacities, we can provide configurations with one robot and one high-pressure pump, or two robots and two high-pressure pumps.
